Pictures at last!!!!!

The London Temple

This is a picture that Elder Mitchell took of the London Temple.  The Mission Office is in the grounds of the Temple.  The first MTC was also here.  The London Temple was built in the 1950s.  It is where Elder Mitchell's grand-parents and parents were sealed.

The world famous Clifton Suspension Bridge, Bristol, spanning the beautiful Avon Gorge. It's designer was Isambard Kingdom Brunel. It was begun in 1831, but was dogged by financial and political difficulties and work was abandoned in 1843 with only the towers completed. Brunel died in 1859 at the age of 53 with it still uncompleted. Finally it was opened 5 years later as a memorial to it's designer in 1864. Originally designed to carry light horse drawn traffic of the 19th Century, it still meets the demands of the commuter traffic of the 21st Century, carrying nearly 12,000 vehicles everyday.
